Robert Myers is a songwriter, vocalist, mandolinist, and bassist based in Central Pennsylvania. With a B.A. in Traditional Music, he is passionate and fluent in traditional American music genres like old time, bluegrass, country, blues, and jazz. Myers has performed with many bands and in many genres, and is currently a member of Barkley Cove, a new folk acoustic band based out of Lancaster, PA. Myers has played 200+ shows throughout the US, written over 100 songs, received the IBMA Bluegrass College Scholarship (2026), and released multiple extended play projects. His passion for sharing traditional music with others has led him to teach mandolin and bass lessons (online and in-person) and share traditional music related content on Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.
